For a standard 6.0 x 2.4m L-shaped mesh, SKEW can offer different solutions focusing of different demands and preferences of the workers.
Here are three examples illustrating the versatility and precision we can bring to your projects:
1. Bench Setup Arrangement.
Allowing the workers to placet he bars in an ergonomic upstanding position. Ideal in combination with welding. The reinforcement cages could be welded strategically from the 4 sides.
Access to the middle is more limited. Therefore the cage can be lifted off the JIG System, to be completed.
2. Floor Setup for vertical Assembly
Access to the L-Mesh from both sizes, allowing complex inserts, spacers or couplers to be added easily.
3. Floor Setup horizontal Assembly Arrangement
Allowing bars to be dropped in while walking over the JIG. Also suitable for larger surfaces and with heavier bars.
